Temple Grandin School is seeking a dynamic, compassionate science educator to join our STEM team. We are seeking applicants who demonstrate enthusiasm for interdisciplinary, project-based, innovative approaches to science education and exploring the natural world with curious and intelligent students. In the coming year, we plan to offer multi-aged classes with support provided for differentiating science content to a broad range of learning styles. The ideal candidate will bring patience, flexibility, sense of humor, and a deep connection to the mission of Temple Grandin School.

We provide all the training and support needed to successfully engage with our neurodiverse students. You bring your passion for STEM content, and a willingness to contribute fresh ideas to an enthusiastic socio-academic team.

Salary & Benefits

TGS maintains a professional salary scale, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Many of our staff have grown into their leadership roles as they absorb the complexities and nuances of our neurodiverse student body. Our program is continually evolving to meet the needs of our students, and staff have frequent opportunities to contribute to program development. Full-time employees receive paid time off (PTO), contributions to medical/dental/vision insurance, and the opportunity to contribute to a 401(k) plan.
